Is It GAD or OCD webinar

A practical, step-by-step approach to distinguishing GAD and OCD—plus why getting it right matters.

Confidently differentiate anxiety from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Are you a clinician looking to enhance your knowledge about Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)? OCD is one of the most prevalent mental health disorders, yet it's also one of the most misidentified, even for mental health providers. Its shared symptoms with other common disorders makes diagnosis often feel fuzzy. This has led to the decade-long average length of time to receive an accurate diagnosis.

Join Lauren Spencer, MS, LMFT, for an in-depth look at GAD vs. OCD. Learn what truly defines OCD and walk away with a practical, step-by-step method to confidently differentiate the two.
